TERMS OF USE
General Provisions
This agreement sets forth the Terms of Use for the website saule-objects.com (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must discontinue use of the Site.
The Site administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will become effective immediately upon publication on the Site.
Access to the Site
The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. If the User is under 18, they must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
The Site is available 24/7; however, the Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for technical failures, temporary unavailability, or other force majeure circumstances that may affect access to the Site.
Use of Content
All content on the Site, including images, text, and design, is the property of the Seller or is lawfully used. Any copying, distribution, or use of the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Order Placement
Users may place an order through the Site or via email. The Seller will confirm the order within one (1) business day or notify the User if the item is unavailable.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process any order at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
Payment
Users may complete payment using one of the available methods:
- WayForPay payment system;
- Bank transfer;
- Cash-on-delivery via Nova Poshta (Ukraine only);
- PayPal;
- Payments within Ukraine are processed in UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia);
- For international customers, payments are processed in EUR (Euro). Exchange rates are determined by the issuing bank of the User’s payment card.
The Seller is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the User’s bank.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)
- Shipping within Ukraine is free of charge;
- Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta to any branch or parcel locker. Users may also choose courier delivery by Nova Poshta;
- Delivery times depend on Nova Poshta’s operations and will be indicated at checkout;
- Each shipment is fully insured to ensure secure delivery;
- At racking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
- International shipping costs are covered by the Customer;
- Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and selected courier service;
- The shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include duties, VAT, or other import fees that may apply in the recipient’s country.
The Customer is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with importing goods, including customs duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes. The Seller is not liable for any additional fees assessed by customs authorities.
Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations to avoid unexpected costs.
If a package is held by customs due to unpaid duties or taxes, the Customer is responsible for completing the necessary payments. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the return or disposal of the package by customs authorities, with no right to a refund for the item or shipping costs.

Product Availability & Processing Time
The estimated shipping time for each order is specified at checkout and is calculated from the next business day after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- “In Stock” Items – These items are available for immediate purchase and ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation;
- “Made to Order” Items – These items are custom-made and will be shipped upon completion, which typically takes 6-8 weeks, unless otherwise stated in your order summary.
The availability of each item (whether “In Stock” or “Made to Order”) is indicated on the product page.
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, the actual processing time may vary due to production capabilities or other factors. If you need to check the status of your order, please contact us at support@saule-objects.com.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To request a return, the Customer must send a description of the issue along with photos of the product to support@saule-objects.com. The Seller reserves the right to deny a return request after evaluating the situation.
Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:
- Service interruptions or technical failures of the Site that are beyond its control;
- Delays in delivery caused by the shipping carriers;
- Damage or inability to use the product after delivery if such issues are not related to a manufacturing defect.
Force Majeure
The Seller is not liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, fires, or epidemics;
- War, strikes, or trade blockades;
- Legislative changes that prevent order fulfillment.
Data Protection
By placing an order, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users may withdraw their consent by sending a request to support@saule-objects.com. However, in such cases, the Seller will no longer be able to process the User’s order.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes and disagreements shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
