Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)
- Shipping within Ukraine is free of charge;
- Orders are delivered via Nova Poshta to any branch or parcel locker. Customers may also request courier delivery to a specified address via Nova Poshta;
- Estimated delivery times depend on Nova Poshta’s operational schedule and are indicated at checkout;
- All orders are fully insured for their total value to ensure secure delivery;
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
- International shipping costs are covered by the Customer;
- Delivery times and costs depend on the destination country and the selected courier service;
- The shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include duties, VAT, or other import fees that may be assessed by the recipient’s country.
The Customer is responsible for any additional charges related to importing goods, including customs duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes. The Seller is not liable for any extra fees imposed by customs authorities.
Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing your country’s customs and tax regulations to avoid unexpected costs.
If customs authorities hold a package for unpaid duties or taxes, the Customer must complete the payment. Refusal to pay may result in the return or disposal of the package by customs authorities, with no right to a refund for the product or shipping costs.

Product Availability & Processing Time
The estimated shipping time for each order is specified at checkout and is calculated from the next business day after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- “In Stock” Items – Available for immediate purchase and ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation;
- “Made to Order” Items – These items are custom-made and will be shipped upon completion, which typically takes 6-8 weeks, unless otherwise stated in your order summary.
Each product page indicates whether an item is “In Stock” or “Made to Order.”
While we strive to meet estimated shipping times, actual processing times may vary due to production capabilities or other factors. If you need to check your order status, please contact us at support@saule-objects.com.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, the Customer must provide a description of the issue along with photos of the product and send them to support@saule-objects.com. The Seller reserves the right to deny a return request after assessing the situation.
